Employee Defamation

The Employee expressly agrees that no form of verbal communication—whether conducted in person, over the phone, or through any digital medium—shall be recorded, captured, or reproduced in audio, video, or any other format without the prior written consent of the individual(s) involved. Furthermore, the Employee shall not publish, share, disseminate, or otherwise disclose any such communication or recording, whether consented to or not, through any means, including but not limited to social media, messaging platforms, electronic communications, or public forums, without the express prior written consent of the person(s) concerned. Any Employee found guilty of violating this clause shall be liable to pay a penalty of ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees), in addition to any other disciplinary action deemed appropriate by the Employer. This prohibition shall apply both during the course of employment and at any time thereafter, regardless of whether the individual is still associated with the Company.
